Order Processing

Most orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple flat-rate shipping throughout the United States.

USPS Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95

Most orders ship via USPS and tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier transit times.
While we work hard to get orders out quickly, occasional carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Returns

Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.

Customers may either:

• Ship the product back using their preferred carrier

OR

• Request a prepaid return shipping label from Innovative CBD

If a prepaid return shipping label is provided by Innovative CBD, a flat fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
